Computational Fluid Dynamics

DISCIPLINE SPEC ID: 01

[ SPECIFICATION DESCRIPTION ]

Numerical simulation of fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal-fluid systems to evaluate performance, identify design issues, and optimize engineering systems.

We provide comprehensive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to investigate fluid flow, pressure distribution, heat transfer, turbulence, and multiphase phenomena in engineering systems. Our CFD workflow covers the complete simulation process, from geometry preparation and computational-domain development to mesh generation, solver setup, convergence monitoring, post-processing, and engineering interpretation. Depending on the application, simulations can be performed for steady-state or transient conditions, incompressible or compressible flows, laminar or turbulent regimes, and single-phase or multiphase systems. Appropriate turbulence, material, thermal, and physical models are selected according to the operating conditions and engineering objectives. CFD analysis can be used to identify flow separation, recirculation zones, pressure losses, velocity variations, thermal hotspots, uneven flow distribution, and other performance limitations. Simulation results can then be used to compare design alternatives and develop optimized engineering solutions.
